If you're thinking of having a party here, you might want to go elsewhere. my kids said they are not interested in returning. We can pick up a pack of tickets for events there to give them another try. I had to call again a week later and tell another manager our story. One of the managers called me to get the whole story aside from the email, and said she would let me know if we could get a partial refund and a package of free events to return to Andrettis. I emailed the GM about our experience and the GM never called or emailed me back. We were there for 4 hours with about 25 minutes of racing/game time. They mainly just sat at our tiny table and scrolled their phones. The kids told me the dark room kept malfunctioning and the laser tag game was really short.Īfter the go-cart race, the kids got game cards, but many of the games did not work or they were ticket games and our party cards did not include any ticket winnings! I didn't like that idea so I got the waters myself. I thought we paid for a party! They said the teens could go to the bar and ask for water if we wanted it for free. the kids wanted water and I was told it's $3 per cup. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our race and had to squeeze around a small table behind the party tables.Īfter playing laser tag. When we arrived, we waited 45 minutes for our table and once we were sat down, we were rushed through the food and beverage so that another family could take our place. I chose Andretti's because the salesperson said we would have reserved party tables at the restaurant, we would have a host guiding us to each event, and we would have food and beverages included. I looked at several places around town and wanted to do something special. I regret choosing Andretti's for my kid's 17th birthday party.
